$100 per person; February 26th, 2019 6:00pm. Italian Dinner and Wine Pairing Events. Chef Gianvito Matarrese, from Alberobello of Southern Italy, is coming here to prepare for you a creative 4 course dinner. He has designed a tasteful menu, featuring hand-selected ingredients and authentic flavors of his hometown, Alberobello. Each dish will be paired with an Italian wine, thoughtfully selected based on the characteristics of the food. Must be paid at time of reservation. Restaurant will be closing at 4pm to prepare for this private event
